The average precision of position finding of a subscriber in the city/town center ranges within 500 m - 1.5 km while outside a city/town inaccuracy in position finding may be up to several kilometers.

If your child or other subscriber whom you are looking for is in the highway, his/her location data will indicate a name of a district and that of a nearest settlement.

- Determine the location of family members on a map on your mobile phone or via the Internet.
- View the history of movements for the last time periods (e.g. during the day or last week).
- Automatically determine the location of family members on a schedule.
Usage of the service in Roaming and in Crimea
For Vodafone subscribers, in roaming, operator kept additional roaming fee for sending SMS-message to short number according to the roaming tariff zone.
Service is provided to a content provider, which cooperates with Vodafone.
How to use ?
- Add your family members’, relatives’ and friends’ phone numbers to the service list by sending SMS to number 7005 containing the following text: DODATY
For example, DODATY 0501111111 Nadia
< Name > field may contain only Cyrillic or Latin letters, as well as such symbolsas “hyphen”, “+”, “$”, “@”, “*”,“_”, “point”, digits from 0 to 9.
- Your child or other individual that you add to the list will receive an SMS containing a request for permit to detect his/her location. To allow location finding, the same individual is to send an SMS to 7003 containing the following text: TAK. To disallow location finding it is necessary to send an SMS to number 7003 containing the following text: NI.
- To find out where your children, friends or family members are, you may send an SMS to number 7005 containing the text: POSHUK
. For example, POSHUK Nadia or POSHUK 0501111111
You may also find the position of your children, friends and relatives with the help of Web version of the service at poshuk.vodafone.ua
For obtaining access to Web version of the service, send an empty SMS to number 7006.In reply you will receive a PIN code to complete the registration procedure as well as the set of 5 requests to be used for finding out the position of your children, friends or relatives by means of Web version of the service.
For recovery login and password for access to Web version of the service, send SMS with word LOGIN to number 7006.

After registration you are able to identify the position of your family members:
- By sending SMS commands to short number 7005 (in response you receive an SMS containing the address and link to the map);
- Via Web portal poshuk.vodafone.ua.
In addition, at WEB portal you may view history of the requests completed during the previous month, modify names and parameters of display of the subscribers being sought as well as change your login and password.
What is the accuracy of position finding of a subscriber registered in the service ?
It may happen that two subscribers stay near each other but the service identifies them in different places. Why is it so ?
I was registered in the service as a child without my consent. How can I delete myself from the service ?
